As the name suggests, the 11-track album is an exploration of finding joy and hope in the darkest parts of life, inspired by their own struggles after the premature birth of their son.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe album shows an evolution of the award-winning duo’s signature sound: vocal harmonies, hooky guitar riffs and their combining of sweet with grit.
